Intake Fee: $25.00
Alcohol Testing: $5.00 per test
Drug Testing: $10.00 per test
Drug and Alcohol: $11.00 combined
ETG Testing (Ethyl Glucuronide Test:): Initial Screen $15.00, or Detailed Results $40.00
Outside Lab Service Fee: $20.00
Tests administered: Cocaine, Amphetamines, Methamphetamines, THC, Methadone, Opiates, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, MDMA, Oxycontin, TCA and 7 panel Adulterants.
